Egyptian exports to Estonia were valued at $3.5 million in the first nine months of 2024, down from $3.6 million during the same period in 2023.

The volume of trade exchange between Egypt and Estonia reached $26.5 million during the first nine months of 2024, compared to $22.5 million during the same period in 2023, according to the latest data released by the Central Agency for Public Mobilization (CAPMAS).

Egyptian exports to Estonia were valued at $3.5 million in the first nine months of 2024, down from $3.6 million during the same period in 2023.

In the first 9 months of 2024, Egypt’s key exports to Estonia included, Plastics and related products worth $841,000, Glass and glassware $614,000, Salt and pure sodium chloride $501,000, Various food preparations $353,000, and Inorganic chemical products $331,000.

Meanwhile, Egyptian imports from Estonia amounted to $23 million during the first nine months of 2024, an increase from $18.9 million during the same period in 2023.

In the first 9 months of 2024, Egypt’s imports from Estonia included, Electrical and mechanical machinery and equipment worth $12 million, and Paper and paper pulp products $2 million.

Estonian investments in Egypt were recorded at $100,000 during the first nine months of FY2023/2024, compared to $200,000 during the same period in the FY2022/2023.

This data came in line with Estonian President Alar Karis’s visit to cairo. During the visit he met with President AbdelFattah El-Sisi to promote political, economic and cultural ties.
