In a continuing effort to support our Palestinian brethren in various ways, the "Haya Karima" Foundation has announced the dispatch of a new humanitarian aid convoy. Comprising 100 trucks loaded with 3,000 tons of essential supplies, the convoy is destined for Gaza and will pass through the Rafah land crossing.
The media center of the "Haya Karima" Foundation affirmed that the organization has successfully sent 90 trucks loaded with 2,250 tons of humanitarian aid since the onset of the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip last October. The aid includes food items, clothing, medicine, medical supplies, drinking water, and blankets, benefitting the residents of Gaza who have been affected by the devastating conflict, resulting in numerous casualties and injuries.
This initiative aligns with the directives of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, emphasizing Egypt's unwavering commitment to providing comprehensive support and relief to the Palestinian people. It underscores the leading regional and national role of the "Haya Karima" Foundation both within and beyond Egypt, standing in solidarity with the Palestinian people during these challenging times.
Notably, "Haya Karima" Foundation stands at the forefront of the National Alliance for Philanthropic and Developmental Work, dedicated to offering diverse forms of support. The foundation launched the "From Human to Human" initiative, aiming to engage students of all levels in supporting the Palestinian cause by participating in the preparation and packaging of food aid for Palestine. This initiative aims to instill the values of participation, volunteering, and contributing to the support of the Palestinian cause.
The foundation has actively participated in popular campaigns for blood donation across various provinces in Egypt, witnessing substantial enthusiasm from citizens and youth. Moreover, "Hayat Kareema" has opened designated bank accounts in Egyptian banks to receive donations from citizens to support the Palestinian people.
