In a press conference held at the Rafah border crossing, Amr Magdy, a member of the National Alliance for Civil Work, disclosed the substantial aid contributions destined for the people of Gaza.

The convoy, consisting of a total of 337 trucks, carried a payload of 6,740 tons of various forms of assistance. Among them were 238 trucks laden with food supplies, containing 4,760 tons of aid.

Magdy outlined the diverse aid contents, specifying that 78 trucks were dedicated to medical supplies, totaling 1,560 tons, and an additional 21 trucks contained coverings and shrouds, carrying 420 tons of relief materials.

Emphasizing the collaborative nature of the effort, he noted the involvement of 32 entities, ranging from cooperating bodies to participating organizations, engaging a staggering 6,700 volunteers.

These volunteers dedicated 422,000 voluntary hours in preparing the trucks for dispatch to the Rafah border crossing, achieving this monumental feat within a mere 33 days.
