Egypt cooperates with British Informa Group to attract foreign investment

These measures aim to achieve the set targets of increasing the private sector's contribution to Egypt’s total investments by 65% within three years.

Prime Minister, Mostafa Madbouly, met CEO of the British Informa PLC Group, Stephen Carter to discuss cooperation in promoting and attracting foreign investments to Egypt.

Madbouly also expressed his aspiration to cooperate with the company and benefit from its extensive international experience in promoting and attracting foreign direct investments to Egypt.

The Prime Minister highlighted numerous economic initiatives aimed at bolstering the government's strategy to enhance the private sector's involvement in economic activities.

These measures aim to achieve the set targets of increasing the private sector's contribution to Egypt’s total investments by 65% within three years.

The Minister of Investment and Foreign Trade, Hassan El-Khatib, added that the company has previous experience working in the Egyptian market in the field of organizing trade exhibitions.

Additionally, the company annually organizes a number of exhibitions in different sectors, most notably the Cityscape exhibition, El-Khatib added.
