President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi has announced the launch of a national dialogue, organized under the umbrella of the National Training Academy, in coordination with all sectors and factions of society, to discuss the priorities of national work during the current stage.
This dialogue aims to establish effective communication among all segments of society, including political, economic, and social actors, to listen to different perspectives and create opportunities for exchanging views and proposals towards a common ground for the new republic.
The goals of the national dialogue include setting priorities for national work in the upcoming stage, finding solutions to the most pressing issues affecting the Egyptian citizen, identifying qualified personnel in all political, economic, and social fields, ensuring a dignified life that befits the Egyptian citizen, and inviting different segments of society to dialogue and support efforts towards consensus building through building bridges of mutual trust and respect.
The principles of the national dialogue are based on understanding, not persuasion; the sessions are not a debate between competing views but rather a shared space for all opinions. The national dialogue ensures the right of everyone to participate and develop. In this context, national interests are prioritized over personal affiliations on the dialogue table.

Dr. Diaa Rashwan, the general coordinator of the national dialogue, presented the recommendations of the Economic Conference, while the Council of Trustees of the national dialogue raised several questions about the conference, which were answered by the Prime Minister in a press statement.
In a statement to the press, Dr. Rashwan, the general coordinator of the national dialogue, explained that the period lasted for a whole year, laying the groundwork and principles of the dialogue, rebuilding trust between the different parties, and opening up communication channels that had been blocked for years.

Egypt's National Dialogue, which seeks to bring together diverse stakeholders to discuss the country's future, has shifted its focus to the economy.
The dialogue aims to create economic stability and growth, while promoting job creation and improving the standard of living for Egyptians.

Under the slogan "Common Spaces", the Board of Trustees of the National Dialogue has agreed, during 23 preparatory meetings, on a number of important decisions, which was a serious step in the journey of the National Dialogue to move to a new phase of discussion sessions.
In these sessions, all categories of the Egyptian people meet to discuss the issues and proposals presented by citizens, so that we can move together towards a new republic."
The total working hours of the Council of Trustees were about 184 hours with an average of 8 working hours per meeting. During this period, the Council worked on laying the foundations and rules of the dialogue, its main axes, and its subcommittees.
The opening session of the National Dialogue was attended by members of the Board of Trustees of the National Dialogue, as well as rapporteurs and assistant rapporteurs of the committees, proposers of National Dialogue issues, civil society organizations, journalists and opinion writers, university presidents and research centers, youth from different political forces, religious leaders, members of the House of Representatives and the Senate, and others.
The National Dialogue administration has confirmed that during the preparatory phase meetings, the National Dialogue has received many requests for participation and has received many proposals and visions from various political and labor forces, civil society, public figures, experts, and even citizens.
The Egyptian government has also urged citizens to participate in the initiative and submit their proposals and ideas.
In conclusion, Egypt's National Dialogue has successfully brought together a diverse group of stakeholders to discuss and address key economic and social issues facing the country.
