The new Cabinet is scheduled to be announced tomorrow includes changing approximately 20 ministerial portfolios, according to sources cited by media platforms.
According to the source, there will be new appointments in several ministries, including education, finance, agriculture, justice, social solidarity, petroleum, and electricity, among others, including the economic group.
Kamel El Wazir will appoint as Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Industry and Transport, sources added.
As reported by Egyptian local media, the following individuals have been mentioned as potential ministers: Sherif El Sherbini for the Ministry of Housing; Ahmed Kojok for the Ministry of Finance; Sherif Farouk for the Ministry of Supply; Osama al-Azhari for the Ministry of Endowments.
The new cabinet will witness the Merging of the Ministries of Planning and International Cooperation, headed by Rania Al-Mashat
Additionally, Maya Morsy will be for the Ministry of Social Solidarity; Mahmoud Fawzy for the Ministry of Parliamentary Affairs and Political Communication; Adnan El Fangary for the Ministry of Justice; Sameh El Hefny for the Ministry of Aviation; and Mohamed Abdel Latif for the Ministry of Education.
Furthermore, the ministries of foreign affairs and immigration are expected to merge under the leadership of Ambassador Badr Abdel Aty.
The Ministry of Investment is also being reinstated and will be headed by Hassan El Khatib.
Additionally, several deputy positions will be appointed to assist the Prime Minister.
